Policy of Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within the My Oasis app.
Go to Profile → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps to permanently remove your account.

What Data Is Deleted vs Retained
Data Permanently Deleted
When an account is deleted, the following information is erased:

All profile details (name, bio, profile photo)
All user-generated content (posts, photos, videos)
Friends/connections list

Data Temporarily Retained
For operational, security, or compliance purposes, we may keep limited data for up to 30 days, including:

Points earned or achievements linked to the account
Basic activity logs

These are automatically removed after the retention period.
(This short-term retention is permitted on both Google Play and Apple App Store when clearly disclosed.)
